The Fashion Pact is governed by a Steering Committee composed of 15 elected CEOs. Together they set the strategic vision and drive collective action. This top-level leadership approach is fundamental to bringing the necessary changes across the industry.

 

Every decision Steering Committee is informed by the 24 Chief Sustainability Officers who make up our Operations Committee. These experts make strategic and practical propositions, implement the chosen actions and guide working groups.

Harish Ahuja CEO of Shahi Exports

As the Managing Director and Chairperson at Shahi, Harish Ahuja has propelled the company to become India’s largest exporter of ready-made garments. Shahi has been scaling newer heights year after year since its inception in 1974. The company has over 50 factories across 8 Indian states and employs nearly 100,000 people. The company was founded by his mother, Sarla Ahuja, who started her journey as a sewing machine operator in a factory. Delhi University Alumnus, Harish has spearheaded the business into vertical integration, establishing three textile mills. He drives and embodies the spirit of Shahi’s responsible and ethical business standards through his vision for worker-wellbeing and sustainability. He has also led key partnerships with Government Initiatives like the ‘Skill India Mission’ to accelerate female labor participation, for example, DDU- GKY, ISDS, OSEM, and PM-KVY. He holds critical senior positions in Industry bodies like the Apparel Exports Promotion Council (AEPC), the Garment Exporters Association, and is Chair of the FICCI Foreign Trade and Trade Facilitation Committee. Among others, he holds an avid interest in environmental conservation, spirituality, and philanthropic initiatives in education and community welfare.

Gerald J. Corbae CEO of NOABRANDS

Gerald J. Corbae is CEO of Noabrands, a global leader in mannequins and in-store fixtures. In this role, Gerald has driven sustainability within the world of fashion through pioneering the usage of sustainable materials and manufacturing processes. In his previous role, Gerald was CEO of the European multi-channel fashion retailer Atelier. Prior to this he helped drive growth and corporate value within the fashion and retail sectors as Partner and Managing Director in consulting firms such as Berger and Alvarez & Marsal.

Joanne Crevoiserat CEO of Tapestry

Joanne Crevoiserat is Chief Executive Officer of Tapestry, Inc. (NYSE: TPR), a house of iconic accessories and lifestyle brands consisting of Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. Under Ms. Crevoiserat’s leadership, Tapestry recently announced an agreement to acquire Capri Holdings Limited (NYSE: CPRI), establishing a new powerful global house of luxury and fashion brands. She joined Tapestry in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2020. She also serves on the Board of Directors.

Richard Dickson CEO of Gap Inc.

Richard Dickson is President and CEO of Gap Inc., leading its $15 billion brand portfolio including Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta, with a global team of nearly 90,000. Dickson originally joined Gap Inc. as a Board Director in 2022, while still in his previous role as President and COO of Mattel. At Mattel, Dickson led a portfolio of global brands, overseeing innovation strategy, design and development, brand marketing and franchise management. Under his leadership, the company launched the Mattel Playbook, a brand-building approach instrumental in the growth of its most powerful brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher-Price.

Daniel Ervér CEO of H&M Group

Daniel Ervér, born in 1981, has worked within the H&M group for 18 years in various roles in different parts of the company, such as head of H&M, which is the largest brand within the H&M group, before he took over as CEO in January 2024. He started as a summer trainee in 2005 and then became a controller in 2006. Since then, Daniel has been responsible for merchandising at H&M in Germany and the US, country manager for H&M Sweden, purchasing manager for H&M and responsible for H&M women and men. Daniel has studied a Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Gothenburg and an exchange with ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.

Marco Gobbetti CEO of Ferragamo

Marco Gobbetti joined Ferragamo as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director in January 2022. Prior to this, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Burberry since July 2017 leading a complete transformation of the brand. Antecedent, he served as Chairman and CEO of Céline from 2008 to 2016, making a success alongside creative director Phoebe Philo. Former he was Chairman and CEO of Givenchy and CEO of Moschino. He has a B.A. in business administration from American University of Washington D.C. and a Master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix.

Anders Holch Povlsen CEO of BESTSELLER

Anders Holch Povlsen is the CEO and owner of the Danish fashion house BESTSELLER. With over 2,700 stores in 70 countries and a turnover of around €5 billion, BESTSELLER is known for its brands such as JACK & JONES, ONLY, SELECTED and many more. In 2025 BESTSELLER can celebrate its 50 years in fashion, demonstrating the Holch Povlsen family's long-term commitment to the fashion industry, its employees, partners, suppliers, and customers.

Patrice Louvet CEO of Ralph Lauren

Patrice Louvet is accountable for driving Ralph Lauren Corporation's Next Great Chapter: Accelerate strategy and execution. He is focused on delivering sustainable, long-term growth and value creation for the iconic brand globally, in partnership with Mr. Lauren and the broader leadership team. Mr. Louvet joined the Company in July 2017 and is also a member of the Ralph Lauren Board of Directors.

Óscar García Maceiras CEO of Inditex and Co-Chair of The Fashion Pact

Óscar García Maceiras is a State Attorney, Bachelor Degree in Law from Universidade de A Coruña and PhD in Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo. From 2005 to 2012 he held different positions within Banco Pastor and Banco Popular. In 2012 he was appointed Managing Director of Corporate Development and Legal Affairs at SAREB, as well as its General Counsel and Board Secretary. From 2016 to 2021, he was Banco Santander’s General Counsel and Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors. He joined Inditex as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors in March 2021 and was appointed Inditex’s CEO in November the same year.

Luca de Meo CEO of Kering

Luca de Meo began his career in the automotive sector at Renault in 1992 before joining Toyota Europe. He then joined the Fiat Group, as Director of the Lancia, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo divisions and CEO of Abarth and Marketing Director of the Fiat Group. In 2009, he joined the Volkswagen Group. In 2012, he became part of the Management Board at AUDI AG. From November 2015 to January 2020, he was President of SEAT and CUPRA. In July 2020, Luca de Meo was appointed CEO of the Renault Group. From January 2021 to February 2023, he also served as CEO of the Renault brand. From January 2023 to December 2024, he was President of the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association. From November 2023 to March 2025, he also served as CEO of Ampere. Since September 15, 2025, Luca de Meo has been the CEO of Kering and a member of the Board of Directors.

Laurent Milchior Chairman and CEO of Etam Group

Laurent Milchior joined the family group in 1998. He held positions in the English and Spanish subsidiaries of the Etam brand, he initiated Etam's first e-commerce website in 2001 and managed Etam's ready-to-wear brand from 2003 to 2008, before becoming co-manager of the Group at the end of 2008, and then taking over its operational management at the end of 2009. A century old, still family-owned and independent, the Etam Group, now a leader in France and internationally, is a key player in lingerie and innovative and creative fashion. Mr Bruno Pavlovsky is a graduate of the École supérieure de commerce in Bordeaux and he has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. Mr Bruno Pavlovsky began his career at Deloitte in 1987. In 1990, he joined CHANEL where he is President of CHANEL SAS and President of CHANEL Fashion. He is also President of le19M, the new site designed by CHANEL in 2021, dedicated to the fashion and decorative Métiers d’art, that aims to preserve and share their savoir-faire by bringing together eleven Maisons d’art and la Galerie du 19M representing nearly 600 artisans and experts. Since 2022 he has been President of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), President of the Advocacy and Public Policy Commission and administrator of the Comité Colbert, administrator of the Institut Français de la Mode and President of the Fondation de l'Institut Français de la Mode, administrator of Rémy Cointreau and administrator of the Accor group.

Paul Polman Co-Founder and Co-Chair of The Fashion Pact

Paul Polman is an internationally recognised business leader, philanthropist, investor, speaker, and advocate for sustainable development. As CEO of Unilever (2009–2019), he pioneered a more responsible and purpose-driven business model, demonstrating that sustainability delivers superior performance. During his tenure, shareholder returns increased by 290% while the company was consistently ranked as the world’s most sustainable business and one of the world’s best places to work. A co-architect of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, he continues to drive system-wide change by developing industry coalitions, accelerating leadership, and advancing sustainable finance through board roles, impact investments, and strategic advisory positions. He chairs Oxford Saïd Business School, One Young World, and The Valuable 500, and serves on global advisory boards including Temasek, the World Trade Organization, SMBC, Allianz, and Systemiq. Paul sits on the boards of The Rockefeller Foundation, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, and the European Climate Foundation. He co-chairs the Planetary Guardians, and is a co-founder and Chair Emeritus of IMAGINE. He leads pioneering initiatives through his own foundation and regenerative farm. Widely honoured, he is one of the few business leaders to receive the UN’s highest environmental award, a Knighthood from the United Kingdom, France’s Légion d’honneur, Singapore’s Public Service Star, and the Oslo Business for Peace Award.

Libby Wadle CEO of J.Crew Group

Libby Wadle is the Chief Executive Officer of J.Crew Group, overseeing J.Crew, J.Crew Factory and Madewell brands and serving on the board of directors. With over 25-years of experience in the retail industry, during her tenure at the J.Crew Group she has held executive leadership roles across each of the brands, J.Crew, J.Crew Factory and Madewell. She has dedicated herself to an ambitious sustainability and social impact strategy for the J.Crew Group, leading industry firsts including the premier denim partnership with Fair Trade USA and committing to using Good Cashmere Standard certified cashmere across all brands.

Anant Ahuja Head, Organizational Development of Shahi Exports

Anant Ahuja is the Director of ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) at Shahi Exports, India’s largest apparel manufacturer employing over 100,000 people. Started by his grandmother in 1974, Shahi has always placed the employment and advancement of women at the core of its business. Since 2012, Anant has been leading positive change across the business through innovation and strategy to align the company’s growth with the development of people, communities, and the environment. His belief that the private sector is a critical lever for development and sustainability led him to start Good Business Lab (GBL), a not-for-profit labor innovation company that conducts research to find common ground between worker well-being and business interests. He sits on the Board of Directors of Better Buying Institute, which aims to improve industry purchasing practices, and DXM, an on-demand manufacturing technology platform. Anant graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Fulvio Benetti is Group Sustainability Director for the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. Fulvio has been part of TFP Operations Committee Biodiversity and Oceans since their inception in 2020. Within Zegna, Fulvio has led the sustainability practice since 2019, and has covered various positions within the Group beforehand: CRM Director 2020-2021, Head of Business Development 2018-2020, Head of Retail Operations & Retail Excellence 2015-2017. Before Zegna, Fulvio has been a consultant for Bain & Company Italy, and a Software Engineer for Cisco Systems in California, US. Fulvio has a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and an MBA from St. Gallen HSG.

Marie-Claire Daveu Chief Sustainability Officer of Kering

Marie-Claire Daveu began her career as a technical advisor to the cabinet of Prime Minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, before becoming Principal Private Secretary to Serge Lepeltier, Minister of Ecology and Sustainability. In 2005, she became Director of Sustainable Development for the Sanofi-Aventis Group. From 2007 to 2012, she served as Chief of Staff to French politician, Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, working in various secretaries of state and then at the Ministries of Ecology, Sustainability, Transport and Housing. In 2012, she was appointed Kering’s Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of International Institutional Affairs. She sets out the strategy and ambitious objectives as well as implementing a set of best practices within the Group and the Houses. Today, Kering is a pioneer and recognized leader in sustainability. A French national, she is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Technology for Life, Food and Environmental Sciences (ENGREF). She also earned a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in public administration from Dauphine University, Paris.

Guy Morgan Sustainability Director, Fashion, CHANEL

Guy Morgan is Sustainability Director for CHANEL’s Fashion division, based in Paris. In his role, Guy is responsible for ensuring the integrity of CHANEL’s approach to responsible and sustainable business transformation, within the fashion division. Guy is a board member of Paris Good Fashion and co-chair of the Fashion Pact operations committee, in addition to being a visiting business fellow at the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Manufacturing. Guy has worked on sustainability issues in business, consulting, and research roles for over 20 years, across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He holds an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management, USA, and a BA in History and French from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Logan Duran VP ESG & Sustainability of Tapestry

Logan Duran is VP, ESG & Sustainability at Tapestry Inc (NYSE: TPR) and has worked across the fashion, retail, and outdoor industry with roles in sustainability at Coach, Patagonia, and PVH. Logan focuses on strategies to help organizations measure, reduce, and communicate their ESG impacts across the value chain. His experience covers several subject areas including supply chain responsibility, traceability, circularity, product and carbon mitigation, chemicals management, renewable energy, and reporting. Originally from Chicago, IL, he holds a master’s degree in sustainability management from Columbia University (New York City) and a joint BA in Environmental Studies and Geology from Middlebury College (Vermont).

Leyla Ertur has led H&M Group’s sustainability initiatives since 2021. Having joined the company in 2000, she has worked in various roles and on multiple continents, leading teams across a variety of areas including HR, Production and Global Supply Chain Management. Prior to the Director of Sustainability role, Leyla worked extensively in H&M Group’s production countries such as Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong and Turkey including Global Supply Chain Manager in Hong Kong and Regional Country Manager for Production in China and Europe.

Daniel Fibiger VP, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) of GAP INC.

Daniel Fibiger is Gap Inc.’s Head of Global Sustainability and President of Gap Foundation, where he leads the company’s human rights, women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability and philanthropic strategy and programs. He has worked at Gap Inc. for more than a decade, and most recently led the company’s responsible sourcing and supply chain sustainability teams. Prior to joining Gap Inc., Daniel worked at the Responsible Sourcing Network, coordinating a multi-stakeholder network to end forced child labor in Uzbekistan’s cotton sector. He was also a Research Fellow at the International Labor Rights Forum.

Viviane Gut Senior Director Sustainability of Adidas

Viviane is an economist with more than 16 years of experience in integrating sustainability into business operations. She approaches sustainability as a mean to help companies identify market opportunities as well as to understand and manage ESG risks. Viviane specifically enjoys doing this through the lens of innovation and disrupt limiting thought processes. She successfully created and built-up sustainability strategy from scratch and implemented various sustainable product initiatives. Her passion for outdoors and ultra-trail running keeps her going and motivated.

Kachen Hong CSR Director of Etam Group

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Kachen worked in environmental strategy consulting for several consultancies for 6 years, before running the Paris ethical fashion brand Les Sublimes, which she co-founded, for 4 years. She joined the Etam Group in 2019 to manage the Group's environmental transition. Kachen is primarily involved in the definition and implementation of the Group’s and brand’s CSR strategy. She helped launch the brands’ responsible product lines integrating certified organic or recycled materials, she led the group’s efforts towards the reduction of its carbon footprint and packaging, the development of circularity, and also the review of social and environmental compliance policies in the supply chain.

Katie Ioanilli is Chief Global Impact and Communications Officer. She is responsible for ensuring the Company’s high standards for sustainability and corporate citizenship are reflected in its business, culture and operations and for building and stewarding the Company’s reputation around the world. Katie leads strategy and engagement for sustainability, global corporate citizenship, corporate communications, employee communications and public affairs globally. Katie joined the Company in 2017.

Krista McDonough SVP, General Counsel & Chief Sustainability Officer of Capri Holdings

Krista A. McDonough is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer of Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion luxury group consisting of Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. In her role, Ms. McDonough is responsible for the group’s worldwide legal and compliance functions and corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives. She routinely serves as a senior advisor to the Board of Directors and executive management team on complex legal issues and matters of strategic importance. Prior to joining Capri Holdings, Ms. McDonough was an attorney in the corporate department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP.

Javier Losada Montero Chief Sustainability Officer of Inditex

Javier Losada is Inditex’s Chief Sustainability Officer and belongs to the company's Management Committee. Graduated in Economics and Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de A Coruña, he joined the Group in 1993 as part of the company's financial team. He was responsible for the Risk department for ten years until 2007, when he took the position of head of the Management Control area, coordinating the budget and strategic planning of the Group. Since 2020, he has served as the Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for shaping and supervising the sustainability strategy and the objectives set by the Group.

Dorte Rye Olsen Head of Sustainability of Bestseller

Dorte Rye Olsen heads BESTSELLER’s sustainability efforts anchored in their Fashion FWD strategy. Dorte has extensive experience with sustainability from a consumer brand perspective and is active in several industry associations. Sustainability has been her primary focus for more than two decades working in the textile and fashion industry. Dorte is convinced that genuine change will occur when action is anchored in business and all industry stakeholders take active part in the development of solutions.

Rossella Ravagli Sustainability Director of Armani Group

Committed with determination and passion in the field of social responsibility and sustainability for over 20 years. After earning a bachelor's degree in Statistical and Economic Sciences and a master’s degree in Quality Assurance, Ravagli has had considerable experiences in the sustainability field working for different companies and industries.  From 2008 to 2020, as “Head of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility” at Gucci, Ravagli has led the company to achieve internationally recognized leadership in sustainability. Builder of relationships with key global stakeholders and member of numerous sustainability committees and author of articles and publications.

Pétronille Ricard Chief Sustainability Officer of Celio

Having graduated from both ESSEC and Kedge Business School, Pétronille has dedicated a substantial portion of her career to international fashion procurement. Later, she pursued an Executive program at Ecole Centrale de Paris, focusing on sustainable development, all the while launching an eco-conscious marketplace. Pétronille has also played a pivotal role in crafting and executing the CSR strategy for the Etam group. Leveraging her diverse experiences, she now holds the position of CSR Director at celio.

Ignacio Sierra Corporate General Manager of Tendam

Mr. Sierra is head of the Corporate Area, he holds direct responsibilities in Sustainability and ESG, Institutional and Corporate Affairs and Communication. He is also the President of the European Branded Clothing Alliance in Brussels. Since 2011 Ignacio Sierra is vocal in the Management Committee and Chairman of the CSR Committee of ANGED, Spain Large Retailers National Association. In June 2019 he joined the Management Committee of FEDECON Modaespaña Federation. Sierra is Vice-Chairman of OTYM Textile & Fashion Observatory, a platform of Textile industry CIE, and Spain fashion Federation ModaEspaña. Sierra is also Secretary General of AGRT the association for textile waste management of Spain launched in January 2023, the future collective ERP Scheme. Sierra is also member of the “Leading Brands of Spain Forum” Executive Committee.

Davide Soli VP Global Operations Strategy & Sustainability of NOABRANDS

Davide Maria Soli is EU COO and CSO of Noabrands, a global leader in mannequins and in-store fixtures. Davide has spent the last 15 years in the mannequins and fixtures business, setting up and managing productions in China, Europe and North America. Since 2019 he is responsible for Noabrands’ sustainability strategy and overseeing the company’s efforts to reduce its environmental impact. He manages a range of projects, including initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, increase energy efficiency, and promote business circularity and sustainable sourcing.

Joining The Fashion Pact involves engagement and commitment from a company’s highest level of leadership. how to join

Our membership process is simple. In six steps, companies can go from application to fully onboarded and engaged member of The Fashion Pact.

Application Fill in and submit the application form. Our team will then get in touch.

Letter of Intent Submit a Letter of Intent signed by the company CEO to the Co-Chairs of The Fashion Pact.

Due Diligence Our internal team will carry out due diligence.

Committee Review Applications are submitted to our Steering Committee for review and approval (Committees held 3 times a year).

Acceptance Our Co-Chairs send a formal welcome to inform members that they have been accepted.

Onboarding In-depth onboarding to the newly joined CEO and sustainability team.

Requirement

All members of The Fashion Pact must have approved near-term Science Based Targets (SBTs) covering scopes 1, 2 & 3 of GHG emissions by the time of their application to join.

 

Climate ambition of new manufacturing companies will be reviewed using sector specific tools and UNFCCC Fashion Charter’s target options. Manufacturing applicants with SBTs covering their scopes 1&2 will be evaluated positively.

Fees

The annual membership fees are based on a company’s turnover. This helps us to keep our fees fair and accessible.
€20K (turnover of less than €1B)
€50K (turnover between €1B and €5B)
€90K (turnover of more than €5B)
